Source-Grounded Documentation Audit

○ NOT REVIEWED

Source-Grounded Documentation Audit

March 27 also included a documentation accuracy review.

The concern was straightforward: detailed technical memory should be grounded in source files, not inferred from summaries. ArgoBox has enough moving parts that plausible documentation is not good enough. Claims about Cloudflare bindings, environment variables, module counts, architecture, and bug status need to trace back to actual files.

What Changed

  • High-risk memory files were reviewed against source-of-truth files.
  • Documentation quality rules were clarified: detailed claims require direct source checks.
  • Module inventory and implementation-status records were identified for correction.
  • Follow-up work was routed toward rewrites, warnings, and verified references.

Why It Matters

AI-assisted documentation is useful only when it stays accountable to the codebase. This audit improved the documentation pipeline by making source-grounding a requirement, not a preference.
